I've been working on it for quite a while. Actually, the paint didn't turn out the way I wanted so I bought another model (still unopened) and I think I'm going to scrap this one. Actually painted it with 10 bottles of Nissan TK3 touch-up paint (sapphire blue) and an airbrush. 
The coolest part that I did, IMHO, is a custom Greddy SP exhaust. I lopped of the stock ones and built tips from extra sprue after measuring the real ones on my Z. Covered it up with metal foil which looks really good. 
This is the initial attempt at the engine. The model is really sparse with parts in the bay. For instance, the lower turbo hard pipes are not modelled. My plan was to build out the engine complete with vacuum hoses, etc. and make it match my real Z. Maybe I'll actually get it done on the next model. :-)
